What Every Customer Wants - ESS
Every customer does not want the lowest price! That's a fact. A recent study shows that only six percent of those making a business purchase take the lowest price.
Over the years, We've come to the conclusion that customers want three things:
ENTHUSIASM
People want to feel good. That's why they respond so well to the positive, can-do-it type person. The magic word in business is "Sure." That's all the customer wants to hear. You may not know how you're going to get it done, but there's an exhilaration in facing the challenge and your customers sense your desire to accomplish the impossible.
SOLUTIONS
What's really missing in most business people? Ideas! The best way to get the business is to come up with innovative ideas. Dull is devastating when it comes to increasing sales. Solving problems has power, but it takes your best ideas.
SERVICE
But not what we commonly think of as service. Anticipate customer needs. Lead the way. That's the only way to become indispensable to your customers. If they are always waiting for you, someone is going to take your place a man or woman who is enthusiastic and has innovative solutions!
Sincerely,
