I. A CUSTOMER
is the most important person in any business.

II. A CUSTOMER-
is not dependent on us we are dependent on him or her.

III. A CUSTOMER-
is not an interruption of our work he or she is the purpose of it.

IV. A CUSTOMER-
does us a favor when he or she calls we are not doing him or her a favor by serving them.

V. A CUSTOMER-
is a part of our business not an outsider.

VI. A CUSTOMER-
is not a cold statistic he or she is a flesh and blood human being with feelings and emotions like our own.

VII. A CUSTOMER-
is not someone to argue or match wits with.

VIII. A CUSTOMER-
is a person who brings us his or her wants it is our job to fill those wants.

IX. A CUSTOMER-
